Here at Woodfloors 4 U we strive to provide the best service to all our customers. By purchasing from ourselves via our website, through our sales department over the phone or in person, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our company.
While doing our best to present our products to their highest quality, we do understand that some browsers do not display online pictures of our products at their most accurate state, therefore we do recommend you request a sample or visit us to get the best view of the product(s) you wish to purchase.
WoodFloors4U Ltd. do not offer "Free can of oil with every 50 m2 of floor purchased from us", or "Free delivery for all orders over 100 m2" on "special offers" or on orders which are discounted.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Any sales made are subject to stock availability and should be checked before any transactions are made by contacting Woodfloors 4 U directly.
Payment can be made via cash in British Pounds Sterling, via our PDQ machine which is available for card transactions over the phone or in person (Woodfloors 4 U are not liable for any bank charges that may occur, this will be added onto the total cost and shown on the invoice). Direct bank transfers and cheques can be made with discretion from the sales team.
Woodfloors 4 U offers a 3-5 day delivery service. Most deliveries are made next day when possible. After full payment has been received a delivery date can be arranged, however in the likelihood of a delay or our inability to delivery a specified date, alternative options can be discussed thereafter.
Local delivery charges start at £40. If sent via courier, standard economy delivery in 2-3 working days starts at £85. Free Delivery is not offered on discounted items. Failure to be present on the date of delivery arranged or lack of help on offloading will incur the result of additional charges for further deliveries thereafter.
Here at Woodfloors 4 U we do our utmost to ensure all deliveries and standards are kept up to scratch; however there may be an occasion where items are damaged during delivery. We therefore stress to all customers to check all goods and have them signed for on delivery. If a customer does come across damaged items after the delivery note is signed, checked but not noted, we cannot be held responsible for these.
If any products are refused on delivery and that are found to be undamaged on return, we reserve the right to pass on any carriage charges that we incur in returning the goods to us.
Offloading is "kerb side" only as we are not insured for any accidents/damages made within your premises. If drop off can only be placed within a building/site it is at the driver's discretion. It must also be discussed prior to delivery and we will not be held responsible for any accidents/damage caused. If location of delivery is within a load limit or time restrictions please inform us before hand so as to adjust accordingly.
Upon delivery it is stressed that the customer should have one or more persons to help offload their delivery.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
If for some reason the customer wishes to return a product we have delivered, this must be discussed with our staff at Woodfloors 4 U before it is returned. All items returned are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Any packs of wood not in a re-saleable condition will not be accepted. We will not pay for the re-collection of items; this must be paid by the customer themselves.
Cancellations can be made up till the date of delivery and is free of charge and fully refundable. Specially ordered or limited stock products are non refundable, the customer will be informed of which items are special orders.

We have gone to great lengths to source the highest possible quality wood flooring we could find and are always looking for new and exciting products which we believe meets or surpasses our standards.
